    I signed up for a one-time fee for a group therapy program at $299.00 in February 2024. In April 2023, I concluded the program and did not elect to continue services. I did not receive a notification until July 23, 2024 when I was charged a recurring fee of $100.00. After multiple attempts to receive a refund and confirmation that I did not elect nor want to receive services, I contacted my bank to report the unwarranted transaction and to issue a stop payment. I'd like to escalate this issue with this report as the company is unresponsive and has been unresponsive to my concerns about their payment and services.

    I signed up with this online therapy provider for a workshop in the Summer of 2023. I took the workshop, which ended in August, the same month as my final payment. I never renewed nor did I sign up for any additional workshops as my work schedule changed and I was unable to continue. Grouport continued to charge me every month since then for $100. I contacted them in September to inquire. They informed me that this is a recurring lifetime charge/membership, which I was NEVER told during the time of my initial purchase. I asked them to cancel my account. They informed me that they did. I went into my account, yesterday, to go over my charges to find that they have still been charging me $100 for the last four months. I want my account canceled and I want to be refunded. I also reported them to my bank as fraud.

    This company fraudulently advertised group therapy for various mental health issues without mentioning that the actual group therapy was only available in 3 states, excluding mine. Rather theyre classes, which is NOT what was advertised or delivered. $299 is what it cost and I want that back. They prey on extremely vulnerable **************** not the only one speaking out.

    I attempted to cancel my service. Their platform requires submission via a portal. I completed the form, but it must not have registered and my subscription was renewed. Despite their site having a customer account space, I was never given access to one so I could not confirm that my subscription was still active.Upon renewal, I reached out to Grouport to request a refund and to correctly terminate my subscription. They refused.
