    Not a *****************!!! Ordered a mirror November 2023 . The money was deducted from my account immediately, have not received. the mirror yet. Have emailed the business a few times in the last few months and I only get its on back order. I would appreciate getting the mirror or a refund.

    Terrible company, product, and customer service. My order has now been delayed for over a year! And there is no phone number to contact them. Only via email. The responses I get every time I send an email inquiry is that there is an unexpected delay and thank you for your patience. I will be canceling my order but also fear I won't receive a refund as per other customers on here. Also, they do not send any emails updating you on their "delays", it's only if you asked for your order. Terrible company, so unfortunate.

    Really terrible business. Would never purchase a product from them again. They sold me 3 mirrors. One was broken. They told me they wouldn't replace it because the box wasn't opened and inspected within 7 days of delivery. We had it hung professionally by a handyman 17 days of receiving the delivery, contacted them on that 17th day regarding the defect in their product, and they refused to provide a refund! Shameful.

    I ordered the ******************************* mirror from West Mirrors. West Mirrors claim that they sell luxury mirrors at affordable prices. Complete lie. They sell low-quality mirrors at luxury prices. The ********* mirror looks extremely cheap and is of obviously low quality. The frame looks like molded plastic and there are manufacturing flaws everywhere. Customer service INSISTS that the flaws are to be expected, and part of the quality of mirror. I wrote a negative review, which they filtered out. The company is dishonest and disreputable. I deeply regret buying from them.

    After some delay, I finally received my mirror. The packaging said made in *****, but the address shows ******. I ordered **************** over the Mantle mirror, which has a retro silver and gold finish. The mirror has several marks on it, spots from a dark, different color staining, dried drips from excess staining, and you can clearly see staples that were painted over. I wrote a email from them since their phone lines are down. This is not consistent of a $300 mirror.I have been trying to talk to ***** and work with her, however, she is not getting back to me. I cannot call the **** phone number, because the lines are down. The return policy says I have 14 days from when I received the mirror to return it, I have 7 days left and my issue is not resolved.
