    Biggest scam company. I had service with them for 2 years until they informed me that I would have to switch to another company and they will pay the bill for 2 years. I would also receive a $50 gift card for the initial setup fees I encountered for the transfer. Not only did I not receive the payment promised, but they also failed to make the monthly promised payment. Just because the business couldn't live up to its promise, doesn't mean they have to lie to the customers. Now they wont respond and their support is down as well.

    When I signed on I was told that I would be offered an unlimited data plan. Terms and services listed the standard throttling after average national use, listed at around 21 GB at the ti****nstead what I am receiving is a plan where as soon as I use one full gigabyte of data, regardless of timeframe or billing cycle, they suspend my service: No phone, no text no data, at which point I am forced to contact them in order to restore my service, which can take several days from their end. Will not restore service automatically. I found out once by waiting over 15 days before finally contacting them.This company charged me $250 for a service that it is not giving me, and I have no recourse or capacity to fix the problems. **************** refuses to help, they just give me the runaround.Their reasoning for shutting me off after I use 1 GB, is "freemii reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate otherwise alter the availability of data and wireless for customers who excessively consume or otherwise abuse consumption of wireless services.", But they can't have it both ways. They can't tell me that I get 21 GB and throttled, and THEN tell me that actually using that is a problem and they're going to downgrade my service and suspend **** mean really, imagine being out in the world trying to live your life and your cell phone suddenly shuts off because you accidentally used any amount of data, and then suddenly you're out in the world with no access to anything you need to exist, like your ****** maps in order to get home, or your ability to call someone to get a ride, or your ability to load the Uber app to get a ride.. having your service shut off randomly multiple times a month when you're out in the world is utterly ridiculous. Services completely non-functional in that light,.I have been lured in with a blatant bait and switch. All I want is the 21gb and then throttled that I was promised at sign up.

    I have had FreeMii ************ for almost 2 years now. I bought a new phone a while ago. On June 19 after using the new phone for some time it quit working, I contacted FreeMii and was told I needed a new Sim for a new phone. I ordered a new sim and received it on July 2nd. I contacted FreeMii to have it activated. They said on July the 5th it was active. I place it in my Phone however it did not work. We had several emails back and forth to confirm things. My last contact from them was Thursday, July 7th at 11 am. I have sent them several emails with no response. My Phone is still not working. I have attached the email chain.
