    Hello, I signed up with a modeling agency in nov of 2023 and made a payment of $499 which is one of their best monthly packages for you to get the best services. I had made one payment in nov then had to opt out in dec, due to some emergency payment issues I had at the time. I had called to cancel my subscription and spoke with a **************** and was paid a refund. Then 3 months after in mar 2024 I was charged $499 randomly and it was disputed and looks like my money wont be coming back. I contacted my bank and I was encouraged to talk to the agency due to it being on their behalf, I called the agency about it and I spoke with a *** **** and was told he would speak to **************** about it then get back to me, with him also being confused on the situation. I was contacted later on that week and was told from an unknown person that my cancellation call never was made and now waiting for their lawyer to get back in touch with them. I would like my refund and warn about this agency to others for future clients.

    Unfortunately, in November, we noticed that your payments ceased without any communication from your end. We made numerous attempts to reach out to you through various channels, including phone calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any response.

    Our programs have limited spots available, and it's crucial for us to ensure that each spot is filled to maintain the quality of the experience for all participants. Your lack of communication and absence from the program made it challenging for us to find a replacement for your spot.

    We were surprised to learn that instead of reaching out to us regarding your payment situation, you chose to dispute the payment with your bank. As a business, we have an obligation to respond to such disputes and provide evidence of our agreement, including your lack of communication and your bank's eventual decision in our favor. We did communicate this to you when you contacted us after the dispute was initiated.

    We understand that misunderstandings can occur, and we're here to address any further questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to review the attached proof regarding the dispute and payment status.
