  From the very beginning to hiring roadway moving for my move was extremely seamless from the video inventory. Call to the follow up emails leading up to the move. I greatly appreciated the communication ******** ****** and ******** were extremely professional yet so fun. They are the most efficient crew I’ve ever dealt with, and I would hire them in a heartbeat if I were to move in the *** ********* Bay area.

  They made my moving experience completely stress-free! I had to plan a last minute move with a short time frame and they were able to fit me in! The Roadway moving team was amazing and always on top of everything! The movers themselves did such an amazing job- they were on time, friendly, and were very thoughtful with how they moved all my items. I will definitely plan to use Roadway moving in any of my future moves and I highly recommend them to everyone!

  The overall experience with roadway has been a roller coaster every step.-the inquiry call led to receiving a BOL with half the items we discussed on the phone missing. Additionally I made clear we were in a walk up building at pick up and delivery.-Once receiving the **** items were still missing and half of the information needed correcting again. This also led to an increase from the original quote and still stated the building was an elevator building despite noting otherwise.-The worst part of the service is 12 hours before the move was scheduled, I got a call saying the move was being moved to Thursday. I spoke with the *** and she said she would see what she can do, then received no calls and then Roadway closed up shop for the night. My move ***resentative said we should be good to go, but there was still zero contact after close of business despite the issue not being resolved. One *** says Tuesday, the one who I hadnt spoken to prior said Thursday. This was after three calls to confirm the move time including one the morning before scheduled move.We have not had our stuff moved yet, and I would highly recommend not using them to move your apartment or home.

  This was my fourth time using Roadway for a move because the experience each time is so perfect I would never thinking of using anyone else. They come exactly on time, they are professional and efficient, and they go above and beyond. We opted for the packing and unpacking service twice, and it was the absolute best decision!   Great customer service! They were super efficient, and moved the furnitures back to wherever I wanted it to be. They labeled all the boxes to the according rooms so it was easy to unpack!

  i did some research to find the best moving company in nyc and by far roadway moving had tons of positive reviews with the quality of service they offer. so heres my review. ITS TRUE!! my husband and i couldnt have done our local move alone so roadway moving was called to the rescue. they were incredibly swift, efficient & great service!! the movers brought their A game with incredible energies and not one of my things were broken YAS!! absolutely recommend a 1000 percent if youre doing a local or national move. 10 stars in my opinion.

  absolutely outstanding experience with roadway thanks to junior and the whole team!i cant say enough good things about my experience with roadway moving, and especially about junior and his two colleagues, who were the heart and soul of the entire process. from start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and kindness that it completely exceeded my expectations.moving can be one of the most stressful events in life, but junior & crew made it feel effortless. they were incredibly organized, punctual, and courteoustreating my belongings with the same care and attention youd give to your own. junior led the team with confidence and calm, making sure every detail was handled smoothly. whether it was wrapping fragile items with precision or making sure everything was placed exactly where i wanted it in the new space, junior went above and beyond and so did the two others.the whole roadway team was amazing, but junior truly stood out. his work ethic, attitude, and genuine warmth made all the difference. it felt less like hiring movers and more like having trusted friends help you settle into your new home.i recommend roadwayand junior & crew in particularwithout hesitation. if youre looking for a stress-free move with a team that actually cares, look no further. theyre the best in the business.thank you, junior & crew, and roadway, for making this move the smoothest and most pleasant ive ever had!

  Roadway was incredible! They were so kind, showed up on time, and made the move so easy. They wrapped all of my furniture up so carefully and I was able to feel confident that nothing would break or get damaged. They lifted my heavy couch up the narrow stairs with no issues and were happy to do it. So worth it!!
