      I am filing a claim against Movage **** for the damage and unprofessionalism done by the ******* of ***** moving which was contracted out by Movage **** I called AARP and was directed to ***** moving to assist with my 1 mile move to my new home. After being over an hour late to start, my oak cabinet door was broken and duct taped back together, the men took it upon themselves to cook and eat the food from my refrigerator and freezer, drank all my sons beverages, drank vodka(while working), didnt finish moving all the boxes and ruined my expensive couch. While starting this process I spoke with the supervisor **** and I advised him I am disabled and was going to pack what I was physically able to. He advised me not to worry, everything would be fine. When the men got done one of the ******* **** stated this was the best part of the day and I said why because you go home and he said no because we get tipped. When I asked what people usually give they stated 20-30%. And if I didnt have cash they had PayPal and Venmo. Just when I was calling **** to advise of what had just been said he advises that I owe $250 for overtime. It didnt matter that they were an hour late. After going back and forth I paid $161 to Movage **** while the other two payments each over $1000.00 where made to *****. I was NEVER advised ***** hired a third party. During the move the door frame of my glass door was also broken.

      I have tried to file a complaint through SHYFT moving and they are stating that they were contracted through your company and the complaint should be sent to your company. I have provided bank statements showing two payments that were taken from SHYFT and the overtime was made to your company. I was contacted through shyft moving when I I quired through AARP. This is not fair to have men an hour late, cook and eat my food, break a cabinet door, drink alcohol on the job, not finish the job, step all over my bed in my couch and then ASK for a tip. And it could be thru PayPal or Venmo if I had no cash! This is what you ********* the buck.

       I am sorry but I feel that Movage **** is blaming Shyft moving and vice versa. I have provided proof that BOTH companies have removed funds from my bank account and all the boxes used were from Movage **** The staff was unprofessional by the reasons previously given and I feel that neither company is willing to stand by their employees nor by the contract I signed. I was assured this would be extremely professional and the crew minus **** were nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL.
