    I made a withdrawal of ***** and it's been over 3 days they won't issue my money that's due to me and my balance is still pending I've send numerous email and they will not respond at all I would like the money I rightfully owed as the money is rightfully earned

    Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to express my concerns and seek assistance regarding my Level account suspension due to an alleged copyright violation. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with Level's support team over the past several weeks, I have received minimal response. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I am urgently seeking a resolution.Level's support team contends that my releases, "Ski Produced" and "Still Frozen," contain unlicensed content from other artists. I maintain, however, that these songs were crafted using my resources, expertise, and technology, without infringing on any copyrights. The stems utilized were not licensed, and the final tracks were original creations.Due to the account suspension, I have been unable to withdraw my earnings, which amount to $430 USD. These funds are essential for investing in equipment and covering school fees. The ongoing delay in accessing these funds has adversely impacted my life, causing immense stress and affecting my personal relationships.As a gesture of good faith, I have removed the releases in question from my account. Yet, I continue to encounter unresponsiveness from Level's team. I urgently request that Level reevaluate my account suspension and ***** me access to my earnings. I am more than willing to engage in a conversation or meeting to discuss the matter and clarify any misunderstandings.Given the unfair treatment and lack of communication from Level's support team, I intend to share this report publicly to raise awareness about the situation. I hope this will prompt a swift and fair resolution in my case.

    We want the company to take responsibility for all the artists who have not withdrawn their earnings and they do not clarify to the consumer what is happening, they are ignoring support messages and discrediting many talented artists, they ignore the consumer who have even paid annually a subscription where they are promised 100% of the profits from royalties collected on digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and among others, they do not respect the artist, they do not respect the intellectual property and abuse the consumer who places their trust in Level Music, we want an answer and a solution.

    I signed up for level music at the end of June, from the beginning my analytics page never worked, thus preventing me from monitoring the progress of my 5 artists. This is causing me great damage as I cannot understand how they are performing in terms of performance and monetary return. I wrote to Level many times on all channels but they never got back to me. They just updated something but starting from 1th october, but the previous months are still missing... I want they fix it right now, I also want the statements of the previous months and I want to be paid the money I have earned! We are in October and 5 months have passed since registration.

    I have been using Level music since 2019. I was pretty happy with the platform until recently. I filed 3 help requests because the company changed the genre metadata for multiple songs of mine which can have an impact on streaming performance. If the song genre is mislabeled, it confuses the algorithm. I have not gotten any responses from them with these help requests but have gotten responses on other topics within the same period of time. Since I am already making this complaint I might as well air my other greivances. 1. Data analytics has basically never worked. For three years the data has been wrong or just unavailable. 2. They use a confusing method to withdraw funds. 3. I often have trouble uploading music. The website often goes down and they do not seem to have the staff to help with these issues.
