      I purchased Duo for my husband in September and the end of November he did not have access. I thought it was user error so I attempted for several hours to send him my link different ways, reset his password, paste the link incognito etc... last exasperated attempt I contacted customer support and was connected with someone off shore who told me to do everything I had done which I repeated...still nothing. He said nothing is wrong on their end and advised I wait until I got home from vacation to fix it-even though we tried at home for 2 months. Don't waste your time and money on Duo.

      If you ****** spotify family plan, it comes up with a $9.99/month option. You click on it and takes you to checkout, but it changes from $9.99 to $19.99. Apparently that offer is only good in ******** and not in the ** (which I only found out after contacting customer service and was told by the agent, but it is not posted anywhere). It's like a bate and switch. Why am I getting ******** offers? This needs to be fixed. I almost didn't catch that it changed my monthly fee. This is going to get some people for sure!

      My daughter has been inpatient since may and I just found out they have been charging her card every month for services. I tried to call to cancel but there is no phone service and I don't have her account information to chat with an agent about it because she no longer has that phone with that service attached . They have been taking out ***** every month. I have adult guardianship over her because she cannot get into any contracts without my permission. This is actually a no star review because I cannot get any customer service.

      Absolute joke of a company. Terrible customer service, they hate small artist and are only looking to take their money. Spent over 4 hours talking to customer service only to walk away defeated. I hope greed eats them alive.

      Signed in for Spotify 3 months ago. On Oct 15, got charged twice for $12.78. Entered the chat room on the website to little to no avail. I only have 1 account with one payment form. No issues with the payment form. Worthless customer service as they wanted me to call my bank at 10:30 at night to check the *** transactions, despite objective evidence provided by screenshots during the chat.I am calling my bank first thing in the morning to dispute the charge and have already cancelled my subscription. Never again with these people. They need to face legal action.

      I made the unfortunate mistake to sign up for a free trial of Spotify. I spent a lot of time to cancel but today I see the made a charge on my credit card. They have made cancelling IMPOSSIBLE. They direct one to go to ones account but I get a message that my email is not associated with an account. There is no viable phone number to get to talk to an agent. I want to talk to an agent and get this cleared up but HOW???

      I have been a customer for many years. In June 2024, after their recent price increases, Spotify offered me the "Base Family" plan. I immediately switched to it, as we have no use for the audiobook option.Even though I NEVER had a payment issue, somehow Spotify failed to charge be for the new Base Family plan. Because of this payment "failure", they unenrolled me from the Base Family plan, leaving me the Premium Family plan as the only available option. Any mention of the Base Family plan was removed from my account, even though I know it exists. I contacted customer service several times, via chat, and via X (*******). They admit they are aware of the situation, but can do nothing to solve it at the present time.Even though this is about a few dollars per month, the entire situation is leaving me with a very bad taste... This is not how you deal with loyal customers. If you offer them a special promotion, and somehow YOUR billing system fails, you need to rectify the issue and stop blaming the customer billing information. You should be able to see that my account was offered this plan, and be able to enroll me into it, without making excuses for your billing issues and blaming my payment methods which are working perfectly fine. Again, I have to re-iterate, these SAME payment methods have NEVER failed when they charge me for the Premium Plan.Thanks

      Spotify ropes you in with barring you from changing plans within a 12 month period. So you are forced to have your plan for 1 year straight, they start you at $12/month for the 2 person plan that I had and immediately jacked it up to $18/ month and now I'm stuck unless I cancel altogether. Spotify is a trash company.

      I am absolutely disgusted with this company! It was brought to my attention that someone created a podcast with some of my personal identifying information and profession and I have a filed a legal claim for defamation and have yet to hear a SINGLE thing about it and the podcast remains up. I have contacted Spotify support thru chat (they dont have a customer service number which is also ridiculous) and spoke to 8 different people who couldnt help me at all! I have emailed their support and also NO RESPONSE! This is absolutely insane!
