    Sweet.io is a digital collectible marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs) from popular brands and artists.  The functionality of redeeming a ******** Switch from the ***** mobile app that the complainant is referring to does not exist.   The ***** mobile app allows for the same functionality as the Sweet.io website (allowing users to buy, sell, and trade NFTs).

    We would encourage this user to contact ***** Support by visiting Sweet.io > and clicking on the help icon in the bottom right hand corner - there is clearly some confusion here as to what business the customer is referring to that we would be happy to clarify.
