    I am an 'industry profession' and I diligently gave comprehensive song evaluations to everyone who submitted to my listings. I often had a series of interactions with the songwriters, and if one read the feedback they gave to my profile - so many felt my input was invaluable and the best they have every gotten anywhere. I have been owed $379.20 in submission fees and put in a payment request back in February 2022. It has been 'pending' since then. I have written emails to their support contact as well as to any name of individual related to the management of their company that I could locate. They have been continually unresponsive. I feel the people like myself along with others like me gave XRAY credibility and they certainly received the total submission fees from the songwriters. They earned money from my song request and evaluation listings. They owed me just a percentage of it. And they have not payed me. I was an asset to their company. They made thousands of dollars from my efforts on their behalf - and they refuse to pay me three hundred dollars and change? Is THAT a way to do business? I am well connected in the music business - do they anticipate that I will not tell everyone I know what I think??

    They only notify me of submissions I only have a 10 percent chance of landing. I've seen others with lower ratings " find placements" after submitting 10 times. That's well over 200 dollars for y'all and nothing for the artist. Not even a good critique on the record. The only thing that's ever said is" we'll hold this for later opportunities" and then nothing comes up and I still have to pay for it. This is starting to feel like a scam to pay people for nothing and to possibly have your ideas stolen. A scam.
