      Paid for a weekend paper and online subscription of the Wall Street Journal. Received 1 paper after filing to complaints of not receiving the paper. Canceled after two months and only 1 paper being received. Was told no refunds despite services paid for not being provided.

      Based on our refund policy for our 4 week subscriptions, the subscriber was advised they can't get a refund. There was also only 1 report of not receiving the paper.

      I have asked Barrons at least eight to ten times to please stop sending me e mails.I have spoke to supervisors on several occasions, but to no avail.I simply want them to stop sending me e mails. Regards, ***** ********

      I am trying to get help with a delivery issue that the telephone agent does not seem able to solve. I receive the *** through the mail and starting about ****************************************************************************** not at all. Some days two papers are delivered but neither are the delivery day's date. Repeated calls have not resolved the issue. On each call I am told a report will be filled out and check back in 48 hours. But in 48 hours there is no report.The problem is the papers are not delivered to the ** in ***********, ** in time to get on either of the two trucks that bulk deliver the mail to the ** in *******************, **. This is not just my problem it is an area wide problem.This complaint is a desperate attempt to get help. I even attempted to called the Federal Way printing plant but that call just just processed through to the normal customer service channel. There was no way to reach the plant.

      Upcharge subscription March 28 and notified me upcharge coming April 19 on April 3. So they dont tell you before your subscription increases from $6/month to $49. Unfair business practice. Expect it from magazine subscription but not from a supposedly honest vendor

      I purchased a limited Weekend print delivery subscription to ***. The subscription seemed to offer the Friday/Saturday issue and the Magazine AND a CANCEL ANYTIME OPTION. The first delivery was the Friday/Saturday issue and a huge advertisement supplement for home purchases. I called *** to cancel ALL FUTURE deliveries and a pro-rated refund. I was refused the refund. It seems I am committed to this unsatisfactory Weekend Subscription. I believe the offer was misrepresented to me. I wish, at least, a refund for the remaining delivery dates or, more appropriate, since I believe the offer is misrepresented, a full refund of $29.76.

      I was billed two months for a subscription Indid not authorize nor realuze they would do this. After seeing the charges to my credit card Incontacted them twice and advised them Indid not agree to these charges. Theybsaid it was specified when I signed up for their promotion but Indid not see anything stating that. They will not credit my account.

      Transaction is posted on 2/8/2025, Wall Street Journal 4-weeks subscription, $55.09, charge is pending to my BoA cc.I called to and asked *** to cancel this subscription effective immediately, and was informed that it's WSJ "policy" such that they can't cancel this charge even though it's ********** WSJ account number is ************

      I was shocked to see a charge from Dow Jones on my November credit card statement for *****. Then I was shocked to see a charge on my October statement for the same amount. Previously, I was being charged 6.36 per month. The subscription was set to auto-renew. However, I was not informed in September that my bill would suddenly be jumping to 8 times the normal amount. I called to cancel and get a refund. They told me that refunds are not possible for subscriptions. Then I insisted that I needed a refund, and they said that they could refund me for only the November charge and not the October charge. I want to be sure that I get a refund for the November charge ***** as promised and I want a refund of the October charge *****.

      The agreed upon subscription was started on October 16, 2023 for the agreed amount of $6.00 ($6.36 with tax) every 4 weeks (28 days) for 13 payments and would be renewed at $49.99 (***** with tax) after the 13 payments. There was a confirmation email  in October 2023.sent that gave the terms. They can also see the payment information on *********** under customer center and manage subscription. We refunded a payment as a on-time courtesy. The terms can be found on ******************************************************* which they have have to agree to.

      I subscribed to the Wall Street Journal online service and I tried to cancel my subscription and they continue to charge me. I canceled my credit card so that they would not be able to charge me but they have continue to attempt to find other way to charge me. I would like them to leave me alone and stop charging me as I am not using their service anymore. I did not recall the amount of money I paid for the service but I think it was around $50.

      I have subscribed to the Wall Street Journal for decades. I temporarily suspended delivery for vacation and re-started delivery on June 28, 2024. The *** confirmed the re-start on June 28 but delivery has not resumed.I have called *** every day to report the non-delivery. Every day the representative apologizes and promises that the paper will come tomorrow. But for more than two weeks it has not been delivered.Can you please intervene so that I can get my paper, which I have already paid for, delivered?Thank you!
