    I recently went to Harbor ********** where they offer free drinks before midnight. It turns out that its only free mezcal. If you do not want mezcal, you can pay $4 a drink instead. I purchased 4 drinks expecting to pay around $20-25$. This was the amount posted on the receipt. The next day I was charged $95 on my credit card. I am reporting this because not only did this happen to me it happened to my sisters and friends who all ordered drinks at the bar. The company will not pick up the phone. Additionally this club lets individuals in who are under 21 and serves them drinks. I think this place needs to refund me and my sisters our money at a minimum. I can show the transaction on my statement as this was completed on Saturday meaning it was completed prior to the midnight deadline. I am upset with the honesty and integrity of this business and do not want them to scam anyone else. The business will not pick up the phone and I left multiple messages. I would like to be refunded my $70.

    August 24th 2024 Went to a music venue/concert type of event at Harbor NYC Paid online for tickets $35.77 Was refused entry to the event due to the venue being overbooked Arrived on time however venue was at capacity as told by the men at the door. They offered to allow our female guests in but none of the males who were all wearing proper dress code and paying ticket holders.Ticket was purchased though *********************** They denied me a refund and stated all ticket sales were final, offered no retribution or compensation not even to wait and get in at a later time.

    While on line to enter the venue to attend a 4th of July event on their rooftop, there was multiple ******************* present where you had to get ID check, bag check and pat down before showing tickets. I was told to leave my umbrella and other personal item from my bag that wasn't allowed inside the establishment behind. When I asked if I would be able to retrieve my items once exiting, I was told to ask for 'Lex', and that I could. About 2 or 3 hours later when a friend and I were departing to grab a bite to eat, we were informed that there was no reentry for this event and prior that information was not shared. When I asked for my personal items back, I was told to grab my umbrella and leave that I was not going to get it back. There was double the number of security and bouncers present, although there was no line at that time and specifically the larger female who was being rude in addressing me, was not present for me or my friend's earlier arrival.

    on Saturday September 24th my sisters and I attended an event at the Harbor. My purse was accidentally left behind. I have a tracking device on my phone which is in the purse as well as my drivers license and my sisters drivers license. I returned within an hour of leaving it behind and their security team will not allow me to enter to retrieve it. i have left voicemails every day since Saturday and have returned three times to speak with their security who told me there was nothing they can do. I have even emailed the business. my property is still in their venue and is still pinging and i can even play music to help them retrieve my lost belongings but they refuse to give me my property back and at this point I am fully accusing them of stealing it. No one will return any of my contact and i am from out of state and need my license to fly back home which they are aware of. I have worked directly with the event coordinator ******** who cannot help us because they do not own the venue and cannot renter the venue either. *****, the security at the front door, texted us personally to tell us the venue wont help us and to contact the event coordinator who has no access to the property.Please help.
