    The Stranger had a coat check, took my fiance's coat when we attended on the night of 12/2/23, then did not have it when we returned despite ** having the proper claim check. We are seeking reimbursement for the coat, but they have not responded to any of my emails. The following details the events that occurred that night:- We arrived at the Stranger before midnight and checked our coats at coat check on the entry floor. Mine was #**, *****'s was #**. - Upon leaving, we handed the claim tickets to the person running the coat check, the same individual who originally checked our coats. She took the tickets, and came back with two coats. The first was mine #** and the second was not ours, it was #**. - We were told they could not find #**. My partner was invited into the back to ID her coat, and it was not there. She went back two more times to search again, to no avail. - We were told there was nothing more the staff could do, and to email this account if it did not turn up.I've attached a receipt of the coat we are looking for reimbursement for
