      The store does not operate under its own policy and guidelines. The store also ignored all of my efforts to be updated about my current order. I called the warehouse to speak to someone about it, being that it was over 48 hours since I received an email about my order, but was receiving new emails that the pick up option is still available.... all while I'm not able to pick up my OWN costume.. The receptionist over the phone named ******** was so rude to me & said i was sending " nasty emails" all day . She was raising her voice at me being hostile & i tried to de-escalate the situation by reiterating how I was just a concerned customer who was inconvenienced and was simply following store policy. I even thanked her for her patience, and doing her job, but she hung the phone up on me. Now I'm out of a costume which costed $97.94 10/27/2023 is the order of purchase. I was told over the phone she cancelled my order after ignoring all my emails abt an update.. now I'm waiting on an alleged refund. Order confirmation number was #***** . If any unforeseen circumstances happened with a store. It should be updated online or even with the store voicemail since they aren't taking any calls. (why have a store phone you never answer?) The automatic system says " call within business hours" - it was Friday 4pm when i called... thats so much misinformation. they are advertising a policy they aren't following & being rude to customers who call & ask abt they money we are spending and HANG UP on us!! This isn't how one should conduct business!
