    I scheduled an appointment with a nutritionist online and it was supposed to be a pre-appointment. They did ask for my HSA card information and provided. But I had an emergency come up and was literally unable to phone/attend. They charged my HSA ******. And now they wont call me about it.

    Were glad we were able to connect with you personally to resolve this matter. To make things right, we issued a full refund of the $100 charge to your original payment method. You should see those funds returned within 35 business days.


    For future context, our cancellation policy is designed to protect our providers time and applies when an appointment is missed, rescheduled, or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. That said, we always strive to be flexible in urgent or unforeseen situations, and were glad this was resolved to your satisfaction.
