    I had subscribed to Anti-***** in December and never received my order. I had tried to reach out to no avail and just received an email saying my next order will be shipping/renewing soon. They are denying me being able to cancel my subscription despite the fact that I never even received my first order and had tried to reach out before to let them know this. This is terrible business practice to try to hold me to a subscription when I received no response from previous attempts at communication after never having even received my first order that I was charged for.

    I started my subscription in Aug 2024, with a requirement to pay 2 months. I cancelled my subscription on 10/10/24 through the portal they provided. I gave my full name and address with my cancel request. I was charged on 11/5/24 after my cancel request. I reached out to the company on 11/5 to let them know I had submitted a cancel on 10/10. They said they saw the cancel from 10/10 and have stopped any further charges but would not refund the 11/5 billing. They said to refuse the shipment when it arrives. I again requested a refund and was told I had only paid one month on my subscription and needed to pay one more time. That is incorrect because I had paid for Aug, Sept, Oct and now Nov. I again requested a refund and was told that I would not get a refund and could not return the product. I advised I would go to my bank and the BBB if return was not given. Then confirmed return would not be given and I could not return item.

    This product says it will lower blood sugar spikes. this company targets elderly and entices them to join "subscription" for a lower cost. Ordered 04-27-24 Received 07-01-24 first delivery, i had waited so long for this product that had taken my Dr.s advice and went on to other treatment for my diabetes.7/8/2024I emailed Glucose Goddess team to ask for a refund/return and was told I could not cancel until I took two deliveries as for a reduced price since I had chose the subscription option WHEN I COULD NOT RETURN !!!!!I tested this product and it did not do as promised I first ate pasta and tested 2-3 hours later blood sugar high I ate again the next day and tested 2-3 hours and again blood sugar high 8/1/2024My second order arrived 08-14-24 next email (attached)this company goes to great lengths to not give out any information i specifically asked for their legal name and address and please read their response "WITH LOVE" this company is a scam and holds you hostage.... THIS IS ELDER ABUSE and as i have tried to settle this with this company all you get back is a generic "WITH LOVE" I am frustrated with this and all i want i my money returned
