    Reserved lunch package and observatory for four several months prior. We went to elevators for lunch and observatory at time prescribed. There were signs posted on floor displays saying "zero visibility" We ask ticket person what our options were. They instructed us to customer service desk a few feet away. We ask the man our question and he immediately called and within ***** seconds said "reservation is cancelled and watch for e mail explaining refund" We left thinking we would get a refund or at least part of a refund. I immediately got e mail times was 11:52 AM Our lunch was reserved for 1:45 but observation was done before lunch and could last as long as we like. The e mail said refund would come within 10 days. I have seen nothing. One time before when we had observation reservations, again it was a rainy day and the observation called me to ask if we still wanted to come. We said no since it was so rainy. They immediately refunded the fee. Thats why I wasn't concerned about this cancelation. I just want some type of communication to get refund or why they won't refund. I have called many times with no response. Our son lives in *** and that's why we come so often to visit him. Thank you for your assistance.

    On 5/27/22 I purchased a SkyPod pass for the One World Observatory tour. The total cost for two adults and two seniors was $204.68 The confirmation number assigned to my SkyPod pass was *********. When we returned for the tour at the time assigned we were told by a female representative of One World Observatory that due to rain clouds moving in visibility had been greatly reduced. She also showed us photos of was the view was like. I then went to the ticket booth where a male representative said he would be glad to issue a pass for a later date. Due to our *** visit ending, I told him we would not be able to return for a tour on a later date and that I would like a refund/credit on my credit card. He at that time took my information (name, address, email address and I signed. He said I should see a credit in a couple weeks. This is to advise that as of 7/13/22 I have yet to see a refund/credit on my bank statement. Using the One World Observatory guest services card that the representative attached to my pass receipt on 5/27/22 I called guest services on 6/16/22 and talked with a male representative. I explained that I had not received a refund. He again took down all my information and said if I hadnt received a refund/credit by 7/11/22 to call back. I called once again on 7/12/22 and talked to a female representative explaining my issue yet one more time. She suggested that I email One World Observatory which I have done twice thus far and I have yet to receive even a reply. At no point during my conversation with One World Observatory representatives (on 5/27, 6/16 or 7/12) have I been told One World does not issue refunds but have been led to believe each time that they were working hard to resolve the situation and I should be receiving my refund soon. There were no signs at the automated ticket machine or the ticket booth indicating no refunds/credit. Since this is the case and I have been led to believe that I would be receiving a refund/credit I want one.
