    The 3Denlounge managed a lounge in my apartment complex ******** some years ago but that has since been taken over by another management company but 3DEN doesnt have any customer service options to cancel subscription which honestly should have been auto cancelled when they no longer manged this property. I cant find a phone number to contact them and their customer service email from their website and through their app goes completely unanswered for many months. It just has an auto reply saying they respond within 48 hours but they never do. I even tried to contact them via direct message to their instagram account but also no reply. I have already disputed these charges with my credit card company but 3DEN keeps applying them monthly after multiple unanswered attempts to cancel!

    This tech company (3DEN) has been fraudulently charging me $45 per month, since December 2022 (17 months, for a total of USD $765) for a co-working space (Oval Study) that they no longer administer/manage, and have not managed since December of 2022.I have contacted the business directly (through two email addresses I have) and haven't received a reply. Their site is mostly non-functional, and doesn't contain any other contact method. 3DEN has NOT tried to refund me, or tried to resolve this issue.However, they STILL advertise Oval Study as a service they offer on their website (***********************************), despite having NOT managed the property since December 2022. Additionally, they advertise the Oval Study on their app, erroneously.

    3DEN used to operate the shared study space in Stuyvesant Town, and I had a membership. Last fall, my landlord switched the operator to ***************, but 3DEN continues charging me for membership. Every email is unanswered, and to date, I've been paying $45 a month for the location specific services they no longer provide. If they went bankrupt, the payments should have stopped automatically. If they did not go bankrupt, them collecting payments for the services they no longer provide is a fraudulent activity. Either way, I would like to stop payments and get a full refund for 5-6 months they illegally charged me for the membership that no longer applies.
