    On December 14, 2022 I received an email request to provide answers to a survey regarding my insights into the merger and acquisitions market within my industry. Atheneum established this survey as part of a paid consultation for one of their clients and I was informed via the email request that I would be compensated $40 for my time. I completed the survey and then responded to the original email asking them (******************* *******, the associate who sent me the original email) how I would obtain my payment. I was told that a member from their *** Team would be contacting me. I was never contacted by the *** Team and therefore I reached out again on December 22, 2022 to which I did not receive a response. I reached out a 3rd time on December 29, 2023 explaining that I would give them until December 30, 2022 to respond and if they did not I would contact the Better Business Bureau. I could care less about the $40, however Im more concerned this is a practice their employing with other industry professionals which I feel is fraudulent.
