    As a three-year tenant with Emerge 212 , I was met with a highly unsatisfactory response when I tried to negotiate a lease agreement change. The reply I received was not only impolite but also completely unprofessional, stating, "It is not our responsibility to release suites already under contract," followed by total silence.Despite reaching out through emails and phone calls, I received no response or acknowledgment. The lack of communication is unprofessional and disappointing, considering my three years as a loyal tenant with a history of timely rent payments.I understand the economic considerations that might discourage Emerge 212 from allowing current tenants to leave. However, it's essential to maintain respectful and open communication between tenants and Emerge212. I encourage Emerge212 to reevaluate their approach and remember the importance of treating tenants with respect and professionalism.I hope this feedback prompts Emerge212 to improve their customer service and communication practices.
