    *******, LLC was a tenant of Serendipity Labs from 11/2020 to 03/2023. *******, LLC moved out on 2/25/2023. We provided a timely and appropriate termination notice. The regional manager acknowledged the term notice and provided us with instructions on how to request our security deposit return. A request for a security deposit return was submitted and accepted by SL on 3/16/2023. We were informed that there is 30 days process time. On 4/17/23 we started to follow up with the Serendipity Labs team on the status of our refund. To date, we received no response. We sent multiple emails to the finance team, regional manager, and CFO, and received no response. On May 11, 2023, we personally delivered a letter to their local office, *************************************, and were informed that the refund has been processed on their end and all this time the money have been held by the finance team. We have exhausted all avenues and made enormous efforts to simply get our deposit back, The security deposit amounts to $28,539.We would like for Serendipity Labs to release our money and issue a refund of the security deposit.
