    I am filing a complaint against RODO regarding a lease agreement I entered into with them three years ago, which is set to expire at the end of May 2025. At the time of the lease, I also purchased a $500 damage waiver directly from RODO for additional coverage in case of vehicle ********** that my lease is ending and I have sustained some damage to the vehicle, I have been trying to contact RODO to understand how to redeem or claim this damage waiver. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone at the company. All of their online presence appears to have been wiped out their website is inactive, and any phone numbers I can find are either disconnected or ***************** is incredibly frustrating and concerning that a company I entered into a financial agreement with has seemingly disappeared without any communication or support. I am now potentially left without the coverage I paid for, with no way to file a claim or even speak to a representative.I am seeking assistance in getting in touch with someone at RODO or holding the company accountable for honoring the coverage I purchased. I believe this is a matter of consumer rights and fair business practices, and I hope the BBB can help resolve this issue or investigate further.

    I sold my vehicle to Rodo with a written agreement that I would receive an equity check as part of the transaction. After two months, I have not received the promised payment, and the Rodo employees involved in the transaction have ceased all communication.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    They finally paid off the balance to the *************** and I have received the check in the amount that was initially agreed upon.

    On 4/04/2024, I paid RODO $5,293.61 for the difference in a lease buyout through ************** for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they agreed to pay the remaining balance to ************** in the amount of $37,300 and advised payment would be sent within 10 business days. I last heard from ******************* with RODO on 4/24/2024 and he advised that payment had been issued from RODO to **************. I spoke with ************** on 5/03/2024 and they advised there is no record of communication or payment from RODO as it relates to the lease buyout. I have tried reaching all contacts I have available for RODO, numerous times by phone and by email to follow up on the status of the payment for my vehicle.Please assist.

    I leased a new ***** Odyssey and they agreed to buy out the old ***** Odyssey and pay me the the amount of $3,319.72 and sent me a check and after depositing they stopped the check this was deposited on 09/18/2023
