    ******** I want to join after I think about a year. They said no.Loxclub made the mistake that had a not verified member was obese autistic I met and they did not want to complain even. I wanted me a refund of $20 or $25 & they did not want to return when they had no real reason. when I canceled in advance *** regular business would not act unp. I went to dating party with ********* ended up it was a recruit for his shrink. They claim nothing to do its their party they had a list: how did he sneak in? I thought would be robbed at dating event I was wearing expensive jewery and ***************** at event were asking about my finances. It was scary. Non of this is regular circumstances. ******** had an employee call me at about 2am which is unheard of. I complained & they were mad. I made complaint because they did not want to return my ************* stealing. When they did I removed the complaint. All the dating apps are bad so are the matchmakers. I contacted them this year because I met no one and thought would try again with them & wanted my number removed. Its the same creator ***** was bought by Jswipe & do I understood that he created lox as well: My phone number is listed as complaint on internet and I am not on payroll. They are biased and one sided: I am not involved. No one is paying me to be a complaint hotline person:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     Take off my number remove my number. Jswipe take it off. Are they offering money for me being harassed and annoyed for year and half. Its my personal number. No this is not resolved. They did not remove it. Why did this happen? Why did founder ignore? Look at all the screen shots. Remove my number. They need to pay me for this mess they caused and ignoring me as well. See this is your founder your responsible jswipe says all over these screen shots. This is such a major serious situation that my number is posted for your app. I have people from app calling me I cant even answer my own number anymore. I am not a tech person I have all the screen shots. Your bbb does not accept. I will email the investigator. This is awful. In prior email they are there.

    From the screenshots attached to this complaint, it appears they are upset that their phone number is listed as a point of contact on ******************. We have no affiliation with ****************** and cannot control what contact information they have listed for our company. We have done a search on their website and cannot locate where it says this phone number. As a courtesy, we have reached out to ****************** to inquire about this and ask them to remove the phone number.
