      I joined A dating site about four years ago.The people in charge are holding back our info to get ahold of each other.They are providing a service to meet someone. Ive paid for four or more years. I have not met no one.I want reimbursement for my funds if they cant keep what they promised

      Star on November, December end up February total wasting my money for their credit to allow to chat and every time that happens credits was deducting from customers who were ahead of time to video chat without my knowledge as a result been losing money instead credit. Total frustration to not be able to have a normal chat. I did try many personal emails to find a solution instead I end up been affecting my money. I am demanding my money back without any satisfactory.many emails used to be part of their dating instead they denied or lost contact... I used ******************* ********************* ************************* I did not work at all. so now I do need your help to resolve this matter with ******* or china love.
