Not responsive. Phone number tells you to email them. They promise that they are very prompt in responding to emails but it takes 24 hrs between responses. Ordered Pro Plan which promises virtual training and self-paced training and I only got the ************************* has been ignoring me since I've been asking about this.

The reviewer's frustration occurred when our staff member was on vacation. Prior to this, the staff member had corresponded with the reviewer and had not received a response for over a week from the reviewer. Nevertheless, the staff member should have forwarded customer emails to our other staff while on vacation. We have reached out to the reviewer and received this response from them: "Thank you for the explanation. I did not think it was necessary at the time to email the "****" email because ***** seemingly was assigned to me. Had she had an auto reply set up I would have more quickly emailed "*****". I did email "*****" eventually. Nevertheless my satisfaction has been restored and I am very happy with the product thus far."Review fromGauri J

5 starsI recently took virtual training for PMP certification from MPA Trainer, ***********************. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and patience to answer our questions. Great study resources were provided as well. The whole team at MPA is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
