    This review pertains to the A24Films Online order department, not the actual quality of their films. An order was placed on January 2, 2023 for an exclusive ** of their film "Bodies, Bodies, Bodies". A month later they sent me an email stating that the ** would not be released until July 17, 2023. On September 2, 2023 I began to inquire as I still hadn't received the item/order I was told (QUOTE)".Sometimes, tracking fails to update even when an item is in-transit. We can confirm your order was picked up from our facility and are confident that it will arrive soon."(UNQUOTE). To which I replied (QUOTE)"Thanks for the reply. Can you please send me the tracking information?"(UNQUOTE). I didn't receive a reply back. I waited till September 10, 2023 to write back & said (QUOTE)"I still have not received this. Please reship"(UNQUOTE). The person wrote back asking me to submit my ****************** would reship. Well it's now October 3, 2023 & no tracking, no sign of the order & no response from their support. They have no posted phone number, so I called their ******** headquarters on September 28 & plead with the receptionist to have someone contact me. Needless to say, haven't heard from anyone. I have over 20 emails saved, to which I received maybe 5 replies. Overall their online website is terribly designed. The product information is limited & their customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately I still want this *********** are the only providers of it.
