    I updated my shipment order date several days prior to the originally scheduled date, and confirmed within my account that the new date was reflected. They still charged me and sent my order on the original date. Im not sure how this happened if the new date was reflected in my account. Seems scammy. I reached out right away but since the order was already shipped, won't be able to make any changes from here. **************** was very cavalier about the whole thing, didnt offer any solutions other than to give them feedback so they can continue to ******* be weary of keeping payment info on file. Ive already noticed that they no longer include a link to change your order date when they send the email alerting you that your subscription will ship soon, which leads me to believe that them going ahead and charging me anyway is just another tactic to boost sales in these tough times. Unacceptable.

    Told me to contact them by august 28th if package didnt arrive. I did and now they are telling me to wait another week to see if it arrives which then would take another week to get the packages. If it doesnt arrive by the due date they should honor it by sending new razors or issuing a credit. Every time they send without tracking this happens. Please send new razors or issue mea refund so I can buy them

    I purchased the deodorant about two weeks ago. Within a few days my armpits started to peel and burn. I have developed a rash now from the product. Reviews I have read from other customers there are other people who are having this same issue. Im not sure who to contact within the company to make them aware of customers having reactions to their product.

    If I could I wouldnt even give them a one star!!!! Worst company ever!!! I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription!! They keep charging me!! Theres no way on their site to cancel or remove your credit card information!!!! I have reached out multiple times through emails, but never get a response!!!! I will never do business with this company again!!!

    I tried twice to unsubscribe from Billie's razor refills and twice my subscription reactivated without my knowledge. There is no way to remove my credit card from my account on their website. As of today, they have refunded me for one of those orders and, at my request, say they have removed my account. To safeguard against it reappearing again, I have called my credit card company and asked them to block Billie from making any future charges. It's a shame when a company with a good product resorts to scamming their customers. Their razors are great, but their business practices are NOT, and that's a deal breaker in my book. Order at your own risk.

    I've been using Billie for almost 3 years as a subscriber. They recently charged my card and sent me an order but didn't alert me that one was getting ready to ship - even though my subscription was on pause for over a year. I logged in to update my address and resume to find that the day before this had happened. That's WRONG but also they had the wrong address! I've emailed multiple times and no response! Charged, no razors received, no notice an order was coming or a charge was taking place, and no response from the client. ** I've contacted my bank for a chargeback and I'm sending ANOTHER EMAIL to cancel - also should be illegal to not be able to remove your payment and cancel your account on your own!!!

    I signed up for replacement razor head delivery every 3 months and they changed my subscription to monthly delivery and billed me the next month! Theres no number to call, only email. *** cool because Ill be calling my bank instead. Shady!!!
