    I caution you about dealing with ******** Eyewear! In a business, you should never be bullied by another business owner no matter what the circumstances are. He called me stupid and said that he doesn't work with stupid people only intelligent people! As well as telling me I do not know how to run a business and that I am a bad business owner! I just wanted to make sure that the frames online were indeed available and that not all the pictures were available and wondered if the frames I chose were a on hand he was so upset and blamed my computer for being slow to load the Mattisse website wasn't working I said no my computer is working at a fast speed. He told me off and He hung up on me two separate times that same day! I live in a town of 625 people and several rural areas I have been in business for 4 years that says everything it needs to say. I am a very proud business owner and love to work with all my customers even the ones that are difficult to work with it is part of customer care! To have respect for others under any circumstances! My email: Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, ***.After careful consideration, I believe we should part ways with a clean slate, without any additional items complicating matters.I am thankful it has come to my attention how you would deal with me in the futureand possibly with a patient involved. I do not want or need the drama of what happened yesterday to happen when I am professionally helping my patientsfulfill their eyewear selections.
