      I received a gift card from a friend a number of years ago. I used it once but still have $89.11 left on the card. A couple of months ago I tried to use it. However, they have closed all of their stores. They are an e-commerce business now. I tried to use it online, but the number on the back of the card does not work. They back of the card says that it cannot be used online. I called customer service, but they said they could not help and gave me an email address ********************************************* I sent an email but have not received a response.

      I have not been able to use my ************* credit card for over a year now. They closed all their stores so the only option is purchasing online which I was doing anyway so not a problem. I paid off my balance and about the same time my card is no longer working. I have called at least 10 times, sent at least 15 emails. I spoke to one lady who said I just needed to get a replacement card then **** my account online. That was the last time I spoke with anyone from NY or their finance company and that did not work. My concern is because I cannot use my card they will close my account and affect my credit. Believe me, I would like to buy clothese from them again!

      I have placed an order 4 separate times with New York and ** since March and each time, they cancel the entire order. They are **nstantly updating the site with new items so why cant I purchase?

      I have been a New York & Company customer for over 20 years. I made an online purchase on 4/26 which I received today. I tried on all 5 items, and they are too small!!! Then, I noticed that none of the clothing have the New York & Company logo stitched on. Instead, they have some random brands I have never heard of (i.e. Workshop, Align, Dress Day, etc.). I never had an issue before with the clothes and sizes. These clothes are poorly made and very small. I even tried on my New York & Company clothes from previous purchases in the same size and they fit perfectly.With New York & Company new return policy, all sales are final: non-returnable and non-refundable. I would have been okay with their policy. I loved New York & Company, but the quality and sizes of their new products are cheap and too small! I spent over $100 on this last purchase and clothes that I cannot wear at all. Can corporate please make an exception and allow me to return the clothes for a full refund!

      Ordered pants on April 8th 2025 in size 2X. Funds deducted from my account. Received order on on April 18th in a size 2. Emailed company to report the delivery of the wrong size and get a resolution, either exchange or refund but I continue to receive emails only stating They apologize and have sent my email to their team for a resolution. I have received an item I cant wear due to the picking error on ther behalf. I am seeking the return of item # ************ for a refund or exchange

      I have been going back-and-forth with New York and Company regarding an item that I returned. This has been ongoing for six months and it is the second time that they have given me trouble about refunding an item after sending me the return shipping label. It is impossible to get in touch with a live person via customer service. I have left multiple voicemails. When I send an email they reply by addressing me as Hi Angry and my name is clearly April. This is also got on for at least a year. Im assuming its some type of auto response but its never been corrected. I am angry and irritated because they have given me a hard time about a refund on more than one occasion.this situation was a little different. I received a return shipping label for an item in a different order and mailed it back. They receivedit on October 12. When they agreed to accept this return, they sent me a shipping label but I accidentally printed the first label. I went to *** to confirm tracking and they did confirm receipt of both packages with the label. They were able to provide the name of both individuals that received the packages. The second package that had the same tracking number was received on October 25. Ive provided proof to them numerous times. I finally received a response stating that they would be processing the refund after five months of inquiries. The item was $30 and yesterday I received a check for $4.62 stating it was due to a credit on my account. Nothing relevant to the item I mailed back and never received a refund for.There is a photo that shows a screenshot of the order and two different prices. The lower price is the current price of the item the price to the right is what I paid. Obviously it was times 2. I did not pay $7.99 for that item. Even if I did, my refund shouldve been more than $4.62. I have reached out and have not received a response.

      Back in March 2023 I returned merchandise and it was received well before my statement closing date, however the return wasn't processed timely on ****'s end and I received interest charge that reduced my return from $62.58 to approximately $53.00, which was refunded to me via check. The check is uncashed, as I should have been entitled to the full $62.58. I sent submitted a message to **** to request a reiisuance for the full amount of the expected refund and the representative denied my request. I'd like to request reissuance of a check in the amount of $62.58. This is the second time this has happened to me with ****, which is partly why I stopped shopping at **** (other reason is quality of clothing diminished). The dishonesty of transactions left a bad shopping experience.

      My daughter-in-law gave me gift cards to NY & Company every year for my birthday for many years. Their styles changed, the stores closed and it was hard to find something to use up my remaining gift card. On January 2 I saw a sweater I liked. I tried to order using the remaining balance of my gift card which is $15.16. I got a message saying there was an error. When I called the number on the gift card, she assured me there was $15.16 on the card. I emailed their Help link and was told they were having technical difficulties and apologized. I tried to order the sweater several times a week since Jan. 2 and got the same message and the same reply when I emailed for Help. I called the number for ******** and the man I talked to said he couldn't help me. I made a copy of my gift card and mailed it to the headquarters location and asked that they send me a check for $15.16 because I was not able to use the card on their website. The letter was mailed on March 18 and came back as not deliverable. Again, I wrote to the Help email address and they again apologized and said they were working on their site. After a dozen or more emails where they apologized that their website wasn't working correctly, then they told me that because of changes in management I couldn't use that gift card for online shopping. They have no physical stores left so if I can't use it for online shopping then I don't know what other options I have. They basically took my daughter-in-law's money and won't give me anything in return. I know you and they are probably thinking it is a small amount but it's the principal of the way they are treating long time customers. I get many emails every day but I don't know why they think I will order from them if they won't honor a legitimate gift card. I don't understand why a business would alienate a customer over $15. If they won't let me use a gift card on their website, then they should do the respectable thing and refund the $15.16.

      I ordered 2 items from ************** only one of my two items was sent to me. I have repeatedly emailed their help desk and they have not responded. They cannot be reached by phone.

      I have received an email or 2 from their customer service line saying they need to investigate further in order to look into refunding me for the item they never sent. I get the same answer every time and its usually only after I have sent 5 to 6 emails. As of last week, I gave up emailing them and of course never heard anything back about their investigation. The last email I received from them was on April 22nd.

      I made a purchase and quickly attempt to contact the company to cancel and resubmit order as I realized the sizes order were wrong. I called over ***** times to receive only a recorded message that would disconnect each time. I texted the number as advised, no response. I then emailed and received a return email asking my reason for cancellation but did not have any further follow up until 2 days later saying the order had been sent. This purchase is deemed non returnable and rhr company refuses to respond. I only wanted to change the sizing, but one I will no longer ship with this company after doing so for over 20 years. Poor customer service and poor customer loyalty recognition. I will be deleting this company from shopping go-toos.
