    Miracle Brand uncharges you deceitful amount as you check out with your cart. I returned the majority of my items and the amount they are refunding is using creative math. The email I sent them states the following: The items I returned alone, add up to $315.98+tax. Tax that was charged was 10.3% which would be: *****. That total would be: ******. Plus I was offered the 3rd item for 50% off if I kept the item. and the total is: which would be a refund of: 109/2= 54.50*10.3%= $60.11 Total refund should have been $408.65.They say they only are refunding my account: $345.38

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised regarding the recent order. After reviewing the situation, we can confirm that the refund for the returned items was processed and issued on April 16, 2025, in line with our refund policy. The customer was notified and a proactive follow-up was made on April 17, 2025, to ensure the refund had been received. However, we did not receive any response or confirmation from the customer despite multiple follow-up attempts.

    As of now, the refund has been processed and, based on our records, no further issues have been identified. If the customer has not received the refund, we remain available and committed to resolving any concerns.

    We consider this matter resolved, but we are happy to assist further if the customer requires additional support.

    This company is called Miracle Brand bed sheets that is under the parent company reported. I ordered a set of upgraded Luxe sheets on June 6, 2024. The sheets have been used half of the time from June 6, 2024 until September 23rd 2024. They have been washed about 5 times in that time frame. All care is consistent with the care guide outlined in their website. The flat sheet is pilled. The fitted sheet is ripped, frayed and thinned. The quality is awful and the sheets are now unusable after 3+ months time/ ***** months of actual use. I sent an email which is uploaded below to the company. I was told essentially that is is after 30 days and was advised to care for the sheets per their care guide. I looked at reviews and social media and found many many people who encountered the same poor quality and similar torn/ destroyed sheets after a few short months. This in unacceptable and I feel taken advantage of. Please review the uploaded photos of the sheets, the order, and the emails. Thank you.

    *** ******* ***** placed an order on June 7, 2024 and filed a BBB complaint on September 25, 2024. . Reached out to him via email on October 2, 2024. We offered him a replacement and this time, sent him the 3rd Generation sheets which is made of 100% cotton, and a totally different sheet from what he received. He accepted the replacement and consider this complaint as resolved.

    I purchased a set of sheets on February 7th, 2024. I received them on February 14th and put them on my bed after a few weeks. After more than 30 days (after 30 day return window) the top sheet started to have pils on it that were very annoying. I had to turn the sheet around so i wouldnt feel the pils. I contacted the company and they sent me a new set of sheets. I then noticed that the bottom sheet was flawed and starting to tear. I decided not to use the new set of sheets because I thought they would probably have the same problems with a little time. So I contacted the company and asked to return the unopened sheets for a refund. There is a 2 year wear and tear warranty. The representative told me that my problem was not considered wear and tear and I couldnt return the sheets and receive a refund. Please see pictures attached below.

    We were able to follow up on ******************************* via email. We were able to process a replacement on June 23, 2024 and she received the package on June 28, 2024. We also sent her a follow up email on June 29, 2024 and she confirmed that the complaint is already resolved.

    Made an online purchase at the ***** Towel website, onsentowel.com in November 24, 2023. The store is owned and operated by Pattern Brands LLC. A shipment label was created on Dec 1, 2023 with **** that shipping label was voided by *** on Mar 11, 2024.An almost four month delay in shipment indicates that the company is not operationally fit and such delivery delays are unacceptable.
