  I've recently had a fabulous experience with TeePublic. I bought a shirt for my husband based on a general search on their site with no personal knowledge of the topic I was looking for. As it turned out, the design had nothing to do with what he was looking for. I contacted TeePublic customer service and within less than a week, my husband has a new shirt of his choosing already in the mail, at no cost to us. And we don't even have to return the other shirt. I love TeePublic and this is one of the many reasons.

  I recently purchased a tee-shirt from TeePublic and could not be happier with the quality of shirt material, the printing quality, and their customer service. The shirt also arrived quicker than had been originally promised.
  Additionally I would like to add, that to no fault to their own, I had purchased the shirt in a medium, but ended up needing a large. I reached out to them, asking what I needed to do to get an exchange to the larger size, and not only did they respond VERY quickly, they are sending me the new shirt in large at no charge to me, AND told me to keep/donate the existing shirt in the smaller size!!
  Thank you again Alexandra and TeePublic for the fantastic transaction and customer service! Because of this smooth transaction, and the fact they have what seems like an endless variety of shirt designs I am interested in, I will certainly be using them again!

  The sleeves on the shirt I got were not sewn very well. When you put the shirt on the sleeves fold under the shirt at the seam. It's also the thinnest material I've ever seen. The price was way to much for the shirt they sent. They also flood your email with messages despite repeatedly despite unsubscribing form all of them. They also have a scam offering you 15 dollars off shipping, then you find out your enrolled in some some program that puts surprise charges on your credit card for something you didnt approve of.

  I purchased 26 or 27 Tee-shirts at once for our entire ******************************* I was very impressed with how quickly they arrived -- in just 4 days -- despite it being the week before Christmas! We hand out ******* meals every Saturday, in one hour and we run a Food Pantry one day a month. Granted, not all of our volunteers are there every week, but it takes teamwork to make the dream work! Seeing us all in matching shirts is a moral booster. I've gotten many other shirts, magnets, and signs from ************************** and almost every one of them has been high quality. The one that wasn't right was quickly replaced at no charge. I tell people about ************************** quite often!

  I placed an order for three shirts for Christmas gifts. As you can imagine, money is tight this time of year. As I was linking to ******, the system or the connection was glitchy and the order was placed twice. Once a confirmation came through twice, I was contacted by a TeePublic team member letting me know they caught the duplicate order, canceled the order, and refunded my money. I have ordered gifts from the site before and will continue to in the future! Its a company I can trust.

  I made a mistake on my ordered and ordered 3 of the same item. I wasn't expecting to get much help with an exchange HOWEVER the customer service was excellent! I was able to reorder 2 of the items in a different color and style. The exchange was so easy and prompt and fast and I will get the merchandise in time for Xmas! TeePublic is a great company the designs are unique and after purchase help is outstanding.

  I purchased 2 items on TeePublic that I did not like once received. Although I wasn't able to get my shipping fees back, they did refund the purchase price and did not have me return the product. It is so rare today to see a company willing to work with a customer to make sure they're satisfied. Because of this experience, I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

  Outstanding customer service and fast communication. I accidentally put my old address on my order due to the auto fill and didn't realize it. When I couldn't get my delivery from my old address TeePublic sent me another delivery to the correct address at no charge. I was so impressed as I never asked them to replace my order since the fault was mine. I will be a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you **********************!!!

  First off, love the designs. TeeShirts are heavy material not flimsy. Also, when I stupidly ordered the wrong size, they replaced it for free without making me send back the other. They also answered my return request at light speed. Literally within 10 minutes of sending my email, I had a reply. And it was late evening! Outstanding!
