    I am writing to express dissatisfaction with the lenses and customer service at ********************** Fremont, necessitating a full refund. It has not only caused me considerable distress but also posed significant health and safety risks.On Dec 26 2023, I purchased a pair of lenses there. The moment I picked up my new glasses I found them very blurry. The agent's response lacked empathy and professionalism, implying that the issue was with how I looked at things, not the lenses.Despite her advice, I gave the glasses a fair chance, only to be met with severe eye strain and headaches. I sought professional help at the store the next weekend but was met up with unprofessionalism and inattentiveness again. The agent denied me the opportunity to speak with a doctor, insisting that no lab technician was available and asking me to return the next week. It was only after persistent insistence that they finally checked the glasses and admitted that the axis of the lenses was incorrect. I cannot believe I had been wearing these glasses driving on the highway for almost a week.Despite receiving a replacement pair, the problem persisted. Upon returning to the store, I encountered the same agent who dismissed my concerns, refusing to properly check the lenses and implying that my visual comfort was inconsequential.Driven by desperation, I sought a second opinion from another store, only to discover that the optical center was way off, and the axis was still incorrect. I was astonished and disappointed at this fact for I trusted the store deeply with my eye care.In my effort to seek a resolution, I left a review on Yelp, and contacted the headquarter by email. Unfortunately, the responses I received were far from satisfactory, merely offering to check the prescription and probably redo again.Given the extent of the inconveniences, wasted time, health risks, and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction, I am requesting a full refund. Thanks!
