      ****** was running promotion Get $20 star money for every $100 ****** gift card purchase. I purchased $100 gift card (Order #**********) on May 12th at 11:47 pm and never received $20 star money. When I reached out to Macys customer service they lied to me. First time I was told I will receive $20 Star Money in 24 hours. Second time I was told I will not receive the $20 Star Money because purchase was made on May 13th. ******** clearly was made on May 12th at ***** PM and I received a confirmation email. When I made the purchase there was still 2 hours till promotion deadline. As a long time platinum member I find this extremely disappointing and this practice violating consumer laws. I hope this matter will be resolved soon and ****** will make it right.

      I returned a purchased item in store and I Never received a refund for the item that was returned.
