      Seems like I'm dealing with the same issues as others. Was on a subscription, all of a sudden products werent delivered and no response from customer support. I get a bounceback on support email, and hello email doesnt ever get a response. I've canceled the subscription but still want a refund on the previous order that was never sent to me. I know this company was great, but after the buyout the new company "The ***************" just dropped the ball on this website and customer base. Don't worry, I'm heading there next.

      I had an ongoing subscription with this company for years because they had great products. Theyve gone downhill in the last few months, not refunding unfulfilled orders, not responding to customer service emails, and they just charged me for another order recently! An email to support at the beginning of the week, stating the situation and asking for a refund, has gone unanswered, which seems to be the situation for many customers. *** since cancelled my subscriptions but I still want my money back. I didnt even see an email some customers say they received about the company tanking.

      Absolutely zero customer service, on ******** or their website. I went on ******** and their latest post has all negative comments about their customer service or lack thereof. It's been weeks since I ordered and the order has not even shipped yet. I messaged them on ******** three times in the last 3 weeks and no response. I went to cancel my order and the website says it doesn't recognize the email attached to the order, even though I screenshot the order number and the email that I used and make sure there were no typos of any kind etc. thought I was supporting a small business, turns out it's a scam.

      Really enjoy the product but **************** is elusive. Their phone number only brings you to a recording that directs you to their email. I have emailed four times over the past six weeks regarding a subscription order from June 2024 that has yet to be fulfilled. I am only getting generic auto replies that someone will contact me, but no one does. I have no problem not receiving the auto delivery but I do have a problem that my credit card was charged back in June 2024 when it was supposed to ship. I would like my money back but it looks a lost cause now.
