Apos shoes were prescribed for me by *******************. My health insurance covered the $5000 charge for one pair of orthopedic shoes. In less than a year the shoes fell apart. I requested a replacement but instead the company repaired the shoe but it again has fallen apart in less than 30 days. I contacted the company and renewed my request for replacement. The company via their representative therapist has asked for almost $400 to repair the shoes. It is a lifetime warranty and they are not upholding their warranty.

I went to pro health fitness and was examined. They determined I was a candidate for the **** shoes and PT treatment. My insurance paid for a pair of **** shoes. They fell apart within 6 months of purchase. I contacted ********************* and Prohealth fitness many times but they both pointed the finger to **** the manufacturer to resolve this problem,. I would like **** to send me prepaid postage so I can return my shoes and I would like **** to either repair or replace the shoes.

    Dear Valued Apos Patient,
Thank you so much for providing us with this feedback. At Apos, we aim to ensure all patients receive outstanding service and results.  To that avail, we are so sorry you didnt receive proper support when contacting our partner provider.

We would like to make this situation right and replace the pods.  In order to ensure the pods are placed properly on the device, An Apos trained clinician will need to adjust the pods so they are placed/calibrated properly for your walking pattern and pain.   This requires an appointment which we will happily do free of charge and at your convenience.  Please contact *************************************, with your telephone number and we will be happy to schedule an appointment.

    Best Regards,
    Apos Team

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Hi there,
Nothing is resolved. They are not serious. I have a personal care assistant they never said from which number calling at which time? Why cant they send an email? They are not friends. What are they offering I have to take out time to take a call and they dont even leave detailed options I would like my shoes fixed its been months and no one cares at all its obvious. Thank you for stepping in they are a disappointment. I call back and no one answers? Its a mean joke they dont call my PCA?
Nothing is resolved. They take money from insurance and they dont care out patients :(
Please intervene. I left number for PCA. I dont trust them they showed themselves to be liars

Quality care is of the utmost importance to us.  Our records show this patient received a complimentary session free of charge on Dec 18th  at our office at ******************************** by our physical therapist *****************************.  She was recalibrated and provided new pods.  Notes indicate that she felt significant improvement in the device during the session.  She was also advised that the use of Apos is for indoor only and not to use outdoors.

We truly aspire to ensure all patients have quality care.  Please reach out to me directly if there is any questions or concerns.

    Best Regards,
