      I was initially scheduled for a follow up for Friday at 9am to go over an MRI, but when I showed up I was told that there were no doctors in the office and that someone should have contacted me, but no one did. I was rescheduled for the following Wednesday at 1045am. I showed up 5 minutes early at 1040am and was not put in an exam room until 1205pm and was bot seen by a doctor until 1230pm. The visit lasted about 5m before I was cleared to go This was at their office ************************************* but that was not an option when typing them into the search for the complaint

      I had an appointment with *************** who never attended the appointment. I was rescheduled with *****************, and had a 5 minute appointment where he told me to get an X-Ray and MRI. I did that, and never heard back from him.A month later I received a bill for $194. After a month of trying I finally reaching someone in the office and I was told that my insurance allows them to bill me that much, and that if I wanted to talk to the Dr I'd have to schedule a new appointment with him. I told them that I felt the bill was too high, and that I'd like to negotiate it with them. They said a manager would call me back later (never got that call). I scheduled an appointment with ***************** for the following week. Every day of the week the office called me to say that the Dr couldn't keep the appointment, and they'd have to reschedule me. Today the time of the appointment passed with the Dr not keeping the appointment. I later received a call from the billing department telling me that I had to pay for the visit before it happened, i.e. the Dr won't talk to me unless I pay first.I explained why I was hesitant to do that, and I was transferred to a very nasty woman who spent the next 10 minutes berating me. I told her to cancel my appointment, and that I would definitely be leaving negative feedback online.She called me back a few minutes later with someone from the billing department, and threatened to report me to the credit bureau if I didn't pay. I told her that I'm happy to pay, but I feel the bill is too high, and I'd like to discuss lowering it. She continued to be nasty, threatening me, and telling me she'd call my insurance company and have me thrown off of my insurance plan.I calmly explained that if she won't talk to me, I'll pay the bill, but I'd certainly leave negative feedback anywhere I could find. She told me what I was doing was illegal, and threatened me some more. I paid the bill, and here I am, in pain, and out of my money.
