      We canceled our contract and had numerous conversation with the vendor and are still being billed for services not provided.

      I contracted with this company for a billboard, and they weren't meeting our agreements, so they allowed me to cancel my contract early. I was disputing the amount of the bill as it was incorrect. i called billing and the main companies' phone # and left 5 messages over 3 months with no return in a call. I agreed to pay the invoice amount with the sales *** and then i get a new invoice for $200 more. I left 2 more messages and still no one calls me back. I'm just looking to get in touch with someone in billing but they refuse to return calls

      I purchased a billboard from 12/16-1-16. The billboard was supposed to smooth out in one or two days. This is how it still looked after 3 weeks. The business has a putting the blame for their poor product on me. No where in the contract did it say that the vinyl will look like a checkerboard the entire time. This makes my business look so unprofessional. I was given the artwork that Outfront provided that provides 2 revisions. They assumed I wanted a white woman and upon asking for options that dont reinforce only white people healing they started getting rude. They would never have spoken to a white man. They took advantage of me being a woman of color and treated me with disrespect. I was given three options since I had two revisions and when I went to decide which one I wanted they then formed me that they delete each option and I was going to be forced to use the 3rd option which was awful. They eventually created a 4th option I was fine with. This company has cornered the market and has the worst customer service because they can.

      We received two notifications from Outfront or a company impersonating Outfront regarding payments due to their company from our business. We do not transact with Outfront. Reaching out at the phone number indicates that this number does not below to Outfront and may belong to someone personally. If this is accurate, they should also be reported to the state of **********.

      Hello,

      My name is ***************************. I am the Senior Manager of Credit and Collections at OUTFRONT Media, LLC. This is a response to the customers complaint. Please be advised that OUTFRONT Media reached out to the customer to advise them of credits they had on their account to use. We have since processed a refund of the credits listed in the customers complaint in the amount of $744.64 on 7/10/24 to the credit card belonging to ***************************. I also spoke with *********************, the person who filed the complaint to advise her that OUTFRONT was attempting to refund money and advised her to speak internally with her coworker regarding the refund. She advised that she would review and has not called back to provide an update. On 7/16/24 I tried to call ******************* and no one answers her phone. Please close out the claim and it is inaccurate and unfounded.
