    Bad primer and customer service Applied primer according to directions. Upon 1st coat, noticed some pilling in the can/lid. It did not cover well as a primer should; therefore, applied a second coat. Let it dry/cure overnight and my walls were covered in small, hard specs. I had gently scrape off the specs to smooth the walls (it looked like someone threw sand on my walls - white specs); proceeded to paint 2 coats of color. I have tried numerous times, phone calls and emails, to have this remedied. Each time I interact with customer service, they have an excused for not resolving the problem - person is out of the office, she did not receive your email showing the information she requested (sent twice), she's in a meeting all day today, no callbacks, etc....The above was submitted via their feedback on their products and below is their response: "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"1st - the primer product is horrible and they make every excuse not to remedy the situation. "The manager is not in office, she's in a meeting, please resend the information,.... etc"2nd - my complaint does not fit their "community standards"? This shows even more how corrupt and bad this company truly is in this industry. Their actions show they do not stand by their product or service; if they did, a refund for the primer would have been sent by now without this hassle.
