      I was a monthly parking member at this garage and even though I lived in the building I would never park here again. Not only were they often late with my car (even though I always gave the required notice) they would not have my car ready in time and I have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes to get my car. They have poorly handled the care of my car while it was in their garage. I also have been yelled at by the staff that works there as well as watched them get into verbal and physical altercations with each other. I called to get resolution to these issues and their team did nothing. I feel and felt unsafe taking my car there and asked them to cancel and never got confirmation. This company should be put out of business and not be allowed to operate.

      They are only serving white people. When other ethnicities drive in they say they are full. However, there isn't any sign stating they are full. Business continues with white people entering and exiting the property.

      iPark is a den of thieves. They will steal your money and claim you didn't pay. They will harass you to no end. They will accuse you of being a liar, damage your car without care, and terminate your account while having your car towed. iPark steals your money and then has their account managers call screaming at you - telling you that they curse you to h***

      I suggest NEVER PARKING WITH iPark at *************************************************!! The parking lot attendants broke my drivers side mirror while it was parked there from 6/26/-6/28/24 causing $293 in repairs. I filled out their damage claim report prior to leaving the facility and have called them numerous times and they have not responded nor reimbursed me for the damage they caused. The parking lot attendant didn't even acknowledge the mirror was broken. They were so rude at the garage I called ********** and filed a report!

      Awful place. I made a reservation. I stayed a little past the reservation and just figured I would pay either the difference in time or else I'd basically start a new reservation and pay the extra amount. The garage demanded I pay for both the reservation and the non-reservation time period- so basically instead of about $25, they wanted me to pay about $50. The attendant just kept saying that's what the computer was telling him. He kept walking off and ignoring me. He refused to give me my car. I called the main number and they agreed with me but kept saying they wouldn't do anything about it for a while. I had to call the police and then the headquarters guy agreed to let me just pay the difference for the extra time. It took about an hour and a half to get my car out. The entire time the attendant just kept on walking away and wouldn't even explain anything. Avoid at all costs.

      ************* Street ********, ** 10010-3802. Attendant was having trouble inputting my wife's Park whiz reservation. So much so he started punching his desk which alarmed my wife and our daughter. They began to feel unsafe. At that point he stated to just pay directly. My wife asked for a price for 3 hours and he would not give an answer. He said could be $15 or $50. My wife advised she would find another garage and then the attendant CLOSED THE ******************** Obviously, they now feel threatened that, and agitated male has trapped them! My wife then calls the police. Only then did he open up the gates. This employee should be fired immediately. My wife and Daughter were coming from ***** cancer center, recovering from Brain surgery 3 weeks ago. I'm only thankful this situation did not get physical as that could have been detrimental to my wife's recovery. I doubt this would have happened if I was there. Only cowards threaten females.

      Was overcharged last November 2022 and then the car was held for an extra week and not released by the company, they tried to tell me the credit card charge had not cleared when I proved to them it did clear immediately. I contacted their corporate headquarters and spoke to numerous people or with high titles, and they just kept pushing me off for one person to the next. I even sent the owner a message through LinkedIn and I guess he couldnt be bothered to handle such a complaint for the company that he owns. This company cannot be trusted they dont handle their problems they dont admit theyre wrong and they just pass you from person to person to person and then they stop returning your calls and just dont bother with you anymore. I have phone records I have text messages and no one from that company will admit they are wrong and actually look into my complaint and Im only asking for half of a refund not for the entire refund which I am entitled to. Do not to do business with this company
