Zone 9516 - ********* - ***# ******: On June 11, 2024, the cash machine instead of dispensing $1 in change, only returned one quarter. Notified customer service, waited over a week, and reached out again. ***************************, from customer service, sent an email, writing no overage was found, and what she "believe" was issued was a silver dollar coin not a quarter." I responded informing her I was aware of the differences between the two coins, and my disgust in LAZ not fixing the machine. I was fortunate my change was to be $1. Over time this shortchange of the customers will because substantial.

It is unbelievable that a company like LAZ Parking that has an F rating with the BBB could be contracted by NYCHA to oversee its parking facilities. Although I have been on the waitlist for years, I recently re-applied for NYCHA non-resident parking at a lot near where I live after buying a new vehicle. When I saw on the nychaparking.com website that there were spots available at a particular lot, I immediately applied by filling out an application and included my drivers license and vehicle registration. I received a reply that said the following: thank you for your permit application. Your order has been confirmed. I was grateful to know that I was not on the waitlist but that my application was now awaiting approval. When I had not heard back within three days, I sent an email as per their instructions to inquire regarding the status of my application. The reply to my email was as follows: Your application has been denied. Reason: we are not accepting new parkers until June 1st, 2024. We are in renewal season. You may re-apply with us then. The reason given for my denial cannot be found anywhere in the nychaparking.com website, not even in the *** section (How do I apply for a parking permit?/ Parking Permits). There should be clear mention of when a new applicant may submit an application and that an application submitted earlier will be denied. As it is now, there is no indication that the application process is exclusive to renewals at any point in time. Renewal is presented simply as an available option for permit holders. Under "Parking Permits, there is the statement: "Employee lots are not included in the online option at this time. The same statement should be included regarding new applicants. There is something rotten in *******!

DONT would love to rate this as -5 My husbands car was used for joy riding for a total of 3hrs with multiple stops. They threw my 2 kids car seats in the truck and smoked weed in it. As non smokers we smell it. Oh and they left some for **. LAZ Parking doesnt realize that these new cars have the car gps on the app.

Impossible to contact. Have reached out to them by email and phone to no response. They gave me a citation when I already paid for parking at the ************ train station on the app on my phone. The app specifically stated no parking pass was necessary to display by paying for this as it was tied to the license plate which the "officer" seemingly overlooked. I sent them all my proof through their email. This company has so much audacity to be doing this nonsense considering they gave me a deadline of CHRISTMAS DAY to pay for this. A shady company, cannot reach out to any live person. I work in customer service and have not seen such deliberate evasion of the most basic tenets of customer service practice from anybody except LAZ PARKING. I am considering other actions but for now, I will just say they are a terrible company who likes to shake money out of people.
