      We gave the car for the valet and his name is ***** ******** and he took the car to park and then when we came back to take the car we found the car hit from the driver side by the door and he said he didnt do anything and we tried to call the cops they said file a complaint by BBB

       I responded to their request   I still have not heard back from the manager of the garage or the corporate office that i filed the complaint with   They simply will not resolve this

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Manhattan Parking Group LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The business has not followed up in this particular incident once.  They will only email asking for my claim number but will not provide any feedback or resolutions.  Its been over 4 months since i originally filed a claim for this damage and i still have yet to be contacted with any feedback 

      After providing the information for my account numerous times they never respond with any feedback of the issue   The emails are generic that i receive asking my claim number but no one has actually followed up after their request for more information.  The damage done to my car was originally reported over 4 months ago with no call backs or email responses

      MPG Certo 60 Parking LLC located on **************** stole my car overnight while I was away from town on holiday, and drove to ********, **. I know this as I received a parking ticket with description of my car - proof that someone took overnight. The garage contends this did not happen though I know others have had similar issues.
