    I ordered coffee accessories from Temu (10 items) and made a transaction on Dec 1 2024, 6:25pm.Temu shipped and delivered the items using UniUni (Uni Facility Corp).The last update was when the package arrived to gateway transit and was out for delivery. This is on Dec 10,2024,3:57 pm where the "Delivery Attempt Failed" popped up on my Temu ********** I have ordered from Temu for awhile there was never an issued where my stuffs did not arrived or failed.But they never sent me with Uni Facility Corp and this is a first time they let the Uni Facility Corp handle the shipment. I contacted the Uni Facility Corp for delivery failed but they never picked up and I end up listening to the ** manual option for quite a long time. I sumbitted the complaint ticket to them but they never respond. I solely want Uni Facility Corp to take responsible on what happened to my pacakge and if it lost I want them to fully refund the goods value.If the pacakge is still in their hand then I want them to shipped out as soon as possible as there have been no mistake in delivery address and purchased name.

    *** was in charge of delivering my package however they delivered it to the wrong address. When I first called, I was told theyd fix and to send them pictures of my address. I called them on Nov. 30th. I called again today Dec. 3rd only for the ***** to hang up on me and then block me from calling again. They wont allow a refund. I recorded my conversation with the first ***** on Nov. 30th as well. The photos are of the delivery confirmation photos that clearly show it was delivered to an address ending in a 7, and the mailboxes show numbers with no letters. Ive attached photos of our front door as well as the apartment front door.
