      ********* are doing price gauging increase for parking, based on the vehicle crime rate in the area in the Bronx location (***********************************************). They don't even have the decency to notify the customers of this price increase. When I emailed the administration office regarding the price increase, I was called by the administration office and spoken to in a condescending way and the person was being very arrogant over the phone. When asked how come we (customers) wasn't notified properly via mail regarding the price increase she stated because we went paperless. The same way they send the customers statements every month via email and mail, is the same way the customers could've been notified properly. Plenty of people have made complaints about this person for years including staff and clients and nothing has been done and need to be corrected as soon as possible.

      They randomly charge some vehicles an oversize rate that are not oversized. For example, a ***** crv is smaller than a ****** camry or a ***** civic but the ***** crv is charged an oversized vehicle rate.
