    Be very careful when cancelling your parking as they will try to steal from you.I cancelled via their website using the "Cancel My Parking" button. I received a confirmation that I had been successful.Nearly a week later, they are now claiming that I owe an additional month because - despite having a "Cancel My Parking" button in my account "they don't use that" and claim I did not cancel in time. I had cancelled in advance of the stated 5 days before end of month, but they charged me for an additional month. I have time-stamped screenshots of my cancelling too.This feels either completely inept or malicious. Given they will not return my money, I'm guessing they do this to other individuals - making it malicious.
