    I was trying to get my passport renewed and this was the first website that came up, so I thought it was the government site. I provided them with all my personal information and paid $88.83 for no reason. Id like a refund and for this company to erase my personal information and be shut down.

    Services purchased 6/12/24 in the amount of $443.10. Supposed to expedite the process for getting a ************ for my passport. I was instructed to follow their normal procedure and send all my info in. They returned my passport without obtaining a **** stating that because I had a previous 10 year **** expiring in Dec. of 2024 to wait until then and resend my info at that time. I have tried for two months to get this process restarted. **************** states on multiple occasions a representative will be calling me back, but nobody ever does. I have left multiple messages. Every time I call they basically forward me to a voicemail where nobody returns my call. I asked for my money back and they refused due to the length of time since the transaction. I followed their instructions though which is why so much time elapsed. At this point I am seeking a full refund of the purchase.

    We had an international trip booked but realized a passport needed to be renewed. We paid for a 9 day turnaround through Passports and Visas.com ($600 fee on top of the ** passport renewal fees). They guarantee the turnaround time you pay for or you get your money back. We received a confirmation email from the company on May 10th but did not hear anything back from them for 4 weeks. We had to cancel our trip and reschedule when we got our passport back, finally. They have never once returned a phone call or email so that we could be refunded the money they guarantee. We are still calling but either get sent to a voice mail machine or left on hold for 30+ minutes.

    I received an email with discount code getmypassport10 for 10% off. I tried to use it and when the order completed and I was charged, I realized I didnt get the 10% off. I contacted the company within one minute requesting the adjustment. No reply. I sent them 8 emails and tried to chat with them online. No reply. I called them and was on hold for 27 minutes, then the call dropped. I called again and was told nothing they can do, its my fault. I called 3x more. No reply. I am only requesting an adjustment of 10%.
