    I sent the money to my family in Pakistan through this app taptapsend. I sent 840$ and the account number entered was wrong in the app. I called them right away to fix this issue. When I called they said they will resolve the issue in 3-5 days and i have been constantly calling and trying to get the refund it's been over a month and still nothing. They keep saying the bank in Pakistan is not responding. When we contact the bank in Pakistan they say they never received the money. I even asked for any kind of proof that the money was sent to Pakistan or where it is and they say they can not provide that. I asked to speak with a manager and they say there are no managers available every time. I am still trying to get this money back I don' t think I will ever get it back.

    DATE OF TRANSACTION--03/28/2024 It is five days since I sent the money and it has not been delivered.Their explanation has been the same that they are having difficulties with their **************** I contacted them to let them know that, that money was meant for hospital treatment. They said that there is nothing they can do until the issue is solved with their ****************My money has not been delivered and that not of my own fault.They should either refund of my money or deliver. They should not hold my money indefinitely when they are resolving their issues which have got nothing to with me.

    This transaction has been pending for 5 days due to the inability of our partner to deliver it. Eventually, the transfer failed on 2024-04-02 14:15 EDT and the customers preauthorization hold was dropped and his funds were made available by his bank.

    I sent money through tap tap money up on october 26th and since then its been back and forth with them and will not refund the money. My bank says the took the money out already and the bank cannot refund the money.

    Recipient (******************************************)Sender (*********************) Agent (MTN *****)Company Taptap send 11/8/2023: Sent ****** instead of ***** to a recipient in ***** Contacted Taptap send immediately(less than a minute) after I noticed I had sent the wrong amount by Phone. The customer service agent noted that the issue has been escalated. And followed up via email and the WhatsApp page to document the request in writing. 11/11/2023 - The recipient received a text from the Taptap Send agent (MTN *****) via text that the amount was pending a reversal.11/14/2023: Followed up with Taptap Send customer service via email and WhatsApp **********/15/******** recipient received a text and phone call from MTN ***** that the amount has been turned to TapTap send.11/27/2023; The Sender followed up with Taptap and sent customer service via email and WhatsApp ***********/28/2023: Taptap Send sent an email saying the refund could not be issued and that the recipient had used the funds. 11/29/2023: Recipient contacted MTN ***** for a reversal ID 11/30/2023: Reversal ID is submitted to Taptap Send. Taptap Send responds with an email that they will review the refund.

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with TapTapSend It is illegal to use someone's identification to verify something to later deny them a service. For this, I am due $500 back from TAPTAPSEND. They lied to me about my account multiple ************************** closed my account after forcing me to provide identification. This is akin to getting a credit check then being declined. While this practice is common, it is not legal.I am requesting a check for the emotional trauma and compensation because there was no legitimate reason to why my account was closed and the fact that I should not have had to provide identification if the immediate response was closure given my information was used when registered. I was also promised everything was fine yet I wasted money.The check can be sent to the address that I put on the BBB website.I am also requesting the address in which to send legal documents, as this is my right as a customer. Refusing to give your address upon request is a violation of the law, which you've done twice already.At this point, I encourage TapTapSend to follow the law and resolve my issue.

    This customer was terminated due to a high risk of being involved in fraud, either as a victim or as a complicit party. We cannot disclose those reasons due to tipping off concerns. We are required to verify the identity of potential customers where we have reason to be suspicious. In this case verifying the identity of the customer heightened suspicions further.

    I was using Taptap Send payment company to send money to my girlfriends and gone and when I tried to send money again, they suspended my account for no reason my bank didnt have a problem with sending the money. They just all of a sudden told me that they were suspended my account for no reason now I have no other way to send money to my Girlfriends so I want to know why they suspended. My account says security reasons when Ive been using them for over six months now thank you have a blessed day.
