Then I saw the top banner showed that "Free shipping on orders $125 CAD+Free Sample at checkout", So I decided to buy $260cad items to get the free shipping. See the details in Proof1 in attached. 2023/07/08 00:11 I ordered my items total $260cad+tax, but I found there is a $45cad shipping fee, I felt weird, then I took the photo of the top banner and wrote to their official messenger to ask the situation. They didn't answer me immediately because it was weekend. See the details in Proof2 in attached.2023/07/08 01:10 I tried it again, it still showed that if my cart is over CAD$125, I am eligible for free shipping. See the details in Proof3 in attached.2023/07/10 I asked their official colleague again; I need them to return my shipping fee according to the banner's information. But they refuse me. All I need is refund my $45 CAD shipping fee.Please help me to check it ! Thanks so much!
