    On 12/29/24, I ordered a pair of Hero Gloves 3.0SL. When i received the product on 1/14/25, I noticed it was a previous model of gloves (2.0SL) packaged in a wrapper that said 3.0SL. I contacted support that same day, but didn't receive a response until 2/7/25. A person named ******** contacted me and I replied and arranged a call for Wednesday 2/12/25 to resolve the issue. I never received a call or email from them after that. I gave it some more time before contacting their director of sales(****) on 2/23/25. He replied the same day and was sympathetic. He included ******** in the reply and asked her to follow up with me the next day. However, once again, I never heard back. I again waited until 3/17/25 when I contacted **** again to inform him that I had never heard from ******** and offered him the resolution of having the price difference of the gloves credited to the credit card I used for the transaction, or to simply send me the correct gloves I ordered. He never replied. I left a review on their website about my experience and that was promptly removed. I am now seeking to have the full value of the transaction ($80.97) returned. It has been almost 3 months since my original order date and contacting them directly simply isn't working. Attached are pictures of the gloves i received and my emails with ****. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for the confusion you had to experience.  Our new 3PL warehouse fulfillment center inadvertently made this mistake.  I have executed a 100% refund of your purchase via ****** on 3/24/25.  You may also keep the gloves you have already received for this trouble.

    They scammed me wont reply or refund me this is bull. So much rave about this products I was so excited to find out they stole my money.

    Ordered product on 12/1/24. Package was either never shipped or lost prior to delivery service ***** receiving package. Contacted company numerous times via email and phone call and received run around as to why package is delayed. Was told on 12/19/24 that my order was top priority and would be shipped next day. As of 1/8/25, still have not received product and keep getting run around from company

    I placed an order on 12-7-2024 at which time I paid an extra $12 for 2 day shipping. I still have not received the item as of *****. I emailed them and received a general response with no resolve. If they couldnt provide 2 day shipping as offered they should not offer it. This was an item I need quick which is why I did it. Very unhappy with the company and will not be ordering again!

    Our company, in business since 2014, is undergoing a transition of moving our inventory-merchandise to a new third-party-fulfillment-warehouse.  The acclimation process has caused some shipping delays because of this.  Each customer affected has been notified.  Most, especially repeat-customers, are understanding and expressed thanks for our updating them, accepting to wait a little longer until we could ship their orders.  Some, especially first time customers, are understandably upset.  We regret this, of course.  We offer every customer the opportunity to cancel their order and request a refund.  The situation is improving day-by-day, and we have almost returned to our normative shipping-time.  Thank you.
