    exterminator company is hired by building g management have proof and documentation that for over 4 months didnt come service apartments with spraying. Told the building manager that spraying doesnt kill bugs just keeps them away (neither does not spraying) says theyll do monthly or bi monthly routine exterminator work and has a sign up sheet. Conveniently comes every friday and puts NA Complained to management with email and documentation of sign up sheet that they dont come to the door till way after *************** that they havent come to apts in over a year to spray to keep bugs away they come drop off traps and leave never even come into apts.

     I have heard from the company. It has been a nightmare dealing with these people. The only people I ever speak to barely speak English and they don't understand or they pretend not to understand my concern. In the end they always apologize and say they are updating my file. But nothing ever gets done. My refrigerator was repaired and it took more than 2 months. Food loss replacement has been a problem. Even with the claim number they have trouble finding my claim when I call. I will never buy a service warranty that is backed by Assurion for any price.
