    Wagmo seems to be engaging in a practice of collusion with other pet insurance companies.My dog suffered an injury to her left ACL (in her rear knee) before we acquired insurance with this company. The veterinarian offered a few of options: surgery and physical therapy/rehabilitation (which I would assume at my own expense), and allowing the injury to heal on its own. I could not afford the first two options, so I allowed the injury to heal on its own and it seemed to stabilize. Recently, my dog suffered an ACL tear in her right rear knee. Wagmo has declined reimbursement for any claims for this injury, citing a clause that is buried deep in the policy about my dog's prior injury to her other leg.The company seems to engage in collusion with all other pet insurance companies who similarly deny insurance for a pre-existing injury, so despite paying expensive premiums for my dog's health care, supposedly covering wellness and accidental care, I am currently out-of-pocket for treatment .I am dissatisfied with Wagmo and recommend AGAINST buying pet insurance from it.
